Steps to make 【北京】自制原味酸奶

  • 1.两袋鲜牛奶,一瓶自制的原味酸奶准备好
  • 2.将酸奶瓶和盖子入盆中,用开水烫两分钟,取出后倒扣在架子上,沥干瓶中水和盖内水
  • 3.将原味酸奶倒入净盆中,用量不要太少,否则达不到起酸发酵的作用,或者要延长发酵的时间
  • 4.将鲜牛奶倒入酸奶中,用烫过的净勺搅拌均匀
  • 5.将酸奶液平均分到四个酸奶瓶中
  • 6.盖上盖子,放入酸奶机中,酸奶机内胆中放一些水,机器通电后可以让酸奶均匀受热;选择酸奶程序,8小时后,浓稠的原味酸奶就可以做好啦!放入冰箱冷藏后再食用,风味极佳。现在天冷,放在室温下也是可以的
