Steps to make 苋菜玉米面饼子

  • 1.将苋菜洗净,放入开水锅中焯一分钟的水,过凉后挤干水份,切成1厘米的小段。
  • 2.容器里放入切好的苋菜段、盐、糖、泡打粉、细玉米面、黄豆面拌合一下。
  • 3.加入一个鸡蛋和适量的水。
  • 4.和好的苋菜玉米面饼子面团。
  • 5.平底锅内倒入少许的食用油,放入6个,每个约60克用手拍成饼子状的苋菜玉米面饼子。用中火煎成金黄色。
  • 6.翻面后将苋菜玉米面饼子的另一面煎成金黄色。
  • 7.当苋菜玉米面饼子两面都煎好后再加入适量的水。
  • 8.盖上锅盖,用中火,焖煎10分钟左右即可。
