  • 1.准备食材,大米淘洗干净备用。
  • 2.鸡胸肉剁成肉糜,加少许盐,料酒,白胡椒粉,色拉油,姜丝,鸡精搅拌均匀,香菇切片,胡萝卜切粒。
  • 3.生菜切碎备用。
